Refund Policy – Services

Because we provide services rather than physical goods, we generally do not offer refunds once services have been rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 14 days of your service date. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, may issue a partial refund, credit, or corrective service.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be approved in exceptional cases, such as when the service was not delivered as agreed. If a refund is granted, it will be processed within seven business days using your original payment method.
